One of the city's most celebrated buildings, NeueHouse Hollywood occupies the original CBS Studios, the world’s first structure intentionally designed for broadcast. This storied venue, which encapsulates the glamour and beauty of Hollywood while overlooking Sunset Boulevard, once hosted legends such as Orson Welles, Lucille Ball, Jack Benny, Janis Joplin, the Beach Boys, and Bob Dylan. Meticulously crafted for content creation and broadcast, it served as the birthplace of countless iconic moments in entertainment history.
